This requires that the piece has be handed over to DHL within 7 days of receiving your item and the security tag is not removed and remains intact. The piece must not be worn or cleaned. The piece must be returned in original packaging, nicely folded. 

It is only possible to return the item with our shipping label which we will provide once you have e-mailed us. We do not refund shipping both ways, nor are we able to refund customs costs or other costs related to receiving the garment.
